Meghan & Matthew

Congratulations to Meghan Lorenc and Matthew Shafer! Married July 18th these two had a beautiful reception in the Courtyard Garden. They took pictures, visited with friends, and cut their cake together.

Cummings and McKenzie Luncheon

Northampton House had a beautiful spread for Marinda and Joel's luncheon guests on July 13th. We served hot Pear and Shallot Glazed Pork Loin and fresh Chicken Breast smothered in Dijon and Honey Sauce with sides of Rosemary Roasted Potato Wedges, Steamed Broccoli, Cauliflower, and Carrots, Apple Berry Salad with Strawberry Vinaigrette, and Fudge Brownies with Vanilla Ice-Cream.

The couple made a grand entrance down the staircase as the new Mister and Misses Cummings followed by toasts and a piano performance.

Dalexis & Ray

Dalexis Chan and Ray Leota had a huge wedding celebration on July 7th. The couple began the evening with a Chinese Wedding Tea Ceremony with their family and intimate friends.

Ostenson & Birks

Tanner Ostenson and Carissa Birks invited their families to a luncheon at Northampton House after their ceremony. We served our Baked Potato Bar - hot potatoes smothered with chili, butter, sour cream, shredded cheese, green onions, bacon bits, diced tomatoes, and sliced olives. They had our light Vanilla Cream cheese Mousse with Fresh Mixed Berry Sauce for dessert. It was a fun and tasty buffet spread!

Hammond and Pyne Wedding

Northampton House was pleased to host a wedding luncheon and reception for Erica Hammond and Hunter Pyne. These two were so much fun to work with and Erica was such a gorgeous bride!

For their luncheon the family ordered Lemon Creme Chicken with Steamed Wild Rice and Sauteed Yellow Squash and Zucchini - and Triple Chocolate Cake for Dessert! They had a darling slideshow of the couple followed by speeches and toasts to celebrate the new marriage.

Blake Saunders & Carrie Evans

Blake and Carrie had a beautiful wedding luncheon in the Courtyard room to celebrate their wedding. Northampton House catered fresh chicken breasts with a hearty mushroom marinara sauce or covered in creamy pesto sauce with garden salad, roasted potato wedges, sauteed green beans, and house rolls. For dessert we served chocolate ganache cake with salted caramel and Italian lemon pound cake with raspberry sauce.

Glazier & Manning Wedding Luncheon

Northampton House catered a luncheon for Tyler and Whitney Glazier last Saturday. The family enjoyed a hot buffet - Chicken Alfredo Pasta Bake with Garden Salad and Parmesan Bread Sticks - and time to visit and socialize.

Madsen and Ferrell

Tyler and Meisha tied the knot on June 24th. They had their wedding luncheon at Northampton House with family and friends. Tyler performed several musical numbers - singing for his new bride to the guitar and piano!

Northampton House catered our Classic Italian Pasta Bar - fresh pasta, marinara and Alfredo, grilled chicken, sauteed vegetables, garden salad, Parmesan bread sticks, and lemon Italian pound cake with raspberry sauce for dessert.

Pedersen & Ingerson Luncheon

Taylor brought his lovely bride, Afton, to Northampton House for a luncheon in honor of their wedding. Northampton House played soft pop music while their guests ate and then the family had a few speeches for the new bride and groom.

Burymski & Henricksen Wedding

Nadia and Russel had a beautiful wedding at Northampton House. We set up our beautiful cherry wood chairs with wrought iron aisle edgers, white tulle, and satin bows. Nadia entered the room and descended the staircase to Pachelbel's Cannon D.

After their ceremony the couple took pictures in the garden. Northampton House catered our sandwich buffet for their guests - Chicken Salad Croissants, Turkey Bacon Hoagies, Apple Berry Salad, and Creamy Potato Salad.

Rasmssen and Jaimee Wedding Dinner

Trevor Rasmussen and his new bride Jaimee decided to have a large wedding dinner instead of an open-house reception to celebrate their wedding. They invited one-hundred guests to a dinner in their honor where they had warm food (our Classic Italian Pasta Bar), speeches, and a video presentation for everyone to watch.

They had a beautiful three-tier wedding cake they cut at the end of the evening before they left for their honeymoon.

Yingling Anniversary

The Yingling family had a dinner to celebrate their parent's 50th wedding anniversary on June 19th. The family spend a social hour out in the garden visiting and taking pictures. Northampton House catered tasty hors d'oeuvres - Tomato Basil Bruschetta, Brie and Apple Crustinis and Strawberry Jalapeno Ricotta Bruchetta as well as fresh fruit and Italian Sodas.

For dinner they had Diamond Grilled Steak and Citrus Glazed Salmon Fillets with rosemary roasted potatoes and sauteed zucchini and yellow squash. For dessert we served fudge borwnies and vanilla ice-cream.

The family enjoyed a fun filled evening with stories and memories shared - and finished off with toasts.

Emery & MacLellan Wedding

Jamie and Dan had a beautiful wedding ceremony in the Courtyard Garden in front of the pergola. Jamie walked down the aisle with Dan in a beautiful white sun dress.

After their marriage Jamie and Dan invited everyone who attended the ceremony to a luncheon in their honor. Northampton House served our sandwich buffet with turkey bacon hoagie and chicken salad croissants, apple berry salad, 3-cheese mac and cheese, and vanilla ice-cream with fresh fruit. The couple had a delightful dinner program with a stand up comedy group performing for the group.

 It was a beautiful, simple summer wedding!

Crandall & Cronquist Reception

Alyson Crandall and Brennan Cronquist had a gorgeous garden reception last Saturday. Alyson had the Courtyard room decorated in soft pinks with fresh floral centerpieces. The stairway was decorated with greenery - and for their garden receiving line they had white tulle and soft pink flowers hanging from the pergola.

Thai Dinner

The Sheffields lived in Thailand for several years and they have a tradition of celebrating their marriages with delicious Thai cuisine. Staisha Stratton and Michael Sheffield invited over 130 guests to celebrate their wedding at Northampton House.

High school Graduation Celebration

Congratulations to Anne-Merie, Emma, and Hannah Jensen - Class of 2017!

These three girls all graduated from the same high school and their grandmother wanted to celebrate that accomplishment with them.

Northampton House served chicken and cilantro lime rice stuffed burritos with grilled vegetables, pieco de gallo, and sour cream. This was a cute intimate family event!

Barben & Bonham Luncheon

We had Heidi and Trent Barben here on the 27th for their wedding luncheon in Somerset, and then back again that evening for their wedding reception in Courtyard.


Northampton House catered our tasty sandwich buffet - perfect for a light spring luncheon. We served warm chicken pesto hoagies and crispy apple Gouda grilled cheese with Italian Pasta Salad and a Fresh Fruit Platter. For dessert we served house fudge brownies or light lemon mousse with blueberries.

King and Auwen

Leslee and Jim had wanted to have a simple ceremony and luncheon with their family and friends. The bride wore a beautiful cream dress suit and she and Jim were married in front of the beautiful Somerset staircase.

After their marriage Northampton House served a light luncheon for their family. Beef & Cheddar Sandwiches, Chicken Salad Croissants, Creamy Potato Salad, and a Fresh Apple Berry Salad. For dessert we served Vanilla Ice-Cream with fresh fruit.

Miner & Whitacker

Michaela was a gorgeous bride in her long white dress with long curls and thick eyelashes, she looked so beautiful on the 20th! The Whitakers decorated the Somerset room with elegant blue centerpieces with red roses. The tables had deep wine overlays and brocade ivory linens. The reception was beautiful and classic.

The couple kept their reception simple, they had a two-hour open house to greet guests with live piano music in the background.

This was a charming reception.

Fackrell & Gault Wedding

Kylee and Kelsen planned their entire wedding day here. They had a picturesque ceremony in the somerset room with deep red roses and eight bride's maids and groom's men each! Kylee looked gorgeous in her soft flowing white dress and live floral wreath.

Williams & Smith Ceremony

Kiera and Trayson had their wedding on a beautiful Monday morning. They had over one-hundred and forty guests attend their ceremony and small celebration afterward. The ceremony was held outside in the garden where the couple exchanged vows beneath the beautiful arbor.

After the ceremony the couple came inside to cut their wedding cake and share their first dance on the ballroom floor.

Beautiful Rustic Reception

Rylie Hansen and her new husband Tanner Nebeker had a beautiful rustic reception last Saturday. The family decorated the Courtyard & Gardens with furniture and fresh flowers. The venue looked perfect!

Travis Erickson + Kristin Parker

Travis and Kristin had their beautiful wedding luncheon at Northampton house. The bride and groom had nearly one-hundred guests - and lots of fun childhood stories!

Northampton House catered Dijon and Honey glazed chicken with rosemary roasted potatoes and sauteed green beans.

Christensen & Abunuwara

Samantha and Eliya had a beautiful ring ceremony and reception in the Courtyard room and garden. Samantha wanted the room decorated in wildflowers. The room was bright with every color of the rainbow from bright sunflowers to delicate peach roses.

Kaylyn and Connor

Kaylyn Eliason choose light pink and aqua to dress up Courtyard for her reception on the 13th. Her family brought in soft pink tulips to use in their centerpieces and Kaylyn had live flowers in her hair. It was a gorgeous spring wedding!

Broadbent & Primavera Luncheon

Instead of having an open-house reception Ashlee and Nathan chose to have a large luncheon with their intimate friends and family to celebrate their marriage. The tables were decorated with Navy Blue table runners and white table cloths.

Northampton House catered tender sliced roast beef and lemon creme chicken with garlic mashed potatoes, sauteed zucchini and yellow squash and apple berry salad. For dessert we served Italian Lemon Pound Cake with fresh Raspberry Sauce or Triple Chocolate Ganache Budnt Cake with Salted Caramel. 

As well as speeches and a piano solo Ashlee and Nate also had their first dance on the ballroom floor to finish off the afternoon.

Killpack and Hill

Nick and Hayley were a delight to have at Northampton House for their wedding luncheon. The bride and groom kept the ambiance light and casual and enjoyed their time laughing and talking with their guests.

Northampton House catered our Classic Italian Pasta Bar with grilled chicken and meatballs and served Pecan Apple Cinnamon Budnt Cake with spiced caramel for dessert.

Rappleye and Smith

Sara and Weston celebrated their first day of forever on May 6th. They had a beautiful reception in the Courtyard room with bright yellow overlays and lanterns decorated with pine cones and moss. The family decorated the staircase with twinkle lights to make a beautiful backdrop for the bride and groom.
