Northampton House served a traditional Danish Christmas Meal: Roasted Pork with Crackling, caramelized potatoes, brown gravy - and Risalamande with cherry sauce. The Risalamande is a favorite, as well as being a delicious dessert, it is also a game. Each guest searches through their pudding to try and find a whole almond and win a prize!
Following dinner the guests went to the Somerset room for a beautiful Christmas program.
Alisa Peterson sang Santa Lucia in her beautiful Soprano.
This was the perfect way to ring in the holiday season!
