Andrea and Chaz had their luncheon here on May 19th. They made a grand entrance down the Somerset split staircase to applause as the new "Mr and Mrs Gauchay!"We served a plated three course meal beginning with pre-plated spinach salad tossed with apples, pecans and crumbled feta and topped with our fresh strawberry vinaigrette. The main course was a crusted Parmesan chicken breast drizzled with our house made sun-dried tomato balsamic reduction; served with sauteed green beans, herbed focaccia bread, and rosemary roasted potatoes. Dessert was rich chocolate brownies served with chocolate sauce. The food was great, and the couple was adorable!
