For dinner they had a pre-plated spinach, apple, and feta salad, followed by hot, plated chicken alfredo garnished with chiffonade Basil. Bragging moment: the groom told me that our sauce was "the best alfredo" he had ever had. They finished off the evening by eating our house made fudge brownies during their program.
For the reception they had a DJ who kept them busy with different activities throughout the night. Northampton House served soft pretzels with different dipping sauces (artichoke and spinach dip, nacho cheese, and cinnamon cream cheese). They danced, they laughed, and they stuffed cake into each others faces. It was an entirely enjoyable night.
Congrratulations Kira and Malcom!
The bride was extremely thoughtful - she choose a coconut cake for her
wedding cake, but also provided some alternate cakes at her reception in case
there were guests who did not like coconut.
